Project Measures and requested Consultant Services

Services will consist of the continuous on-site support to the level of the Administrator and selected senior managers at OSHEE through management advice and implementation. Required are three integrated experts in high level key positions for a minimum period of 15 months in defined fields (distribution system; human resources and training; management and economic aspects;  plus various short-term experts for fields such as information technology).
